Our goal is to empower our clients by enriching self-confidence, emotional intelligence, increasing motivation, enhancing relationships, developing a positive mindset, and removing limiting beliefs to set and achieve goals.

How Life-Coaching helps:
-
Goal setting: What do I want to accomplish?
-
Self-understanding/awareness: Who am I really?
-
Problem-solving: What to do and how to do it?
-
Accountability: Will I do them on my own or with support?
-
Strategies: What to put into place to achieve my goal?

What is Coaching?
Coaching focuses on how to navigate opportunities or challenges to reach goals and independence. Coaches work on current problematic behavior to improve them and gain greater self-reliance and awareness. An academic or development life-coach provides the systems to help students, teens, college-age, and adults learn and implement core skills, such as Executive Functioning skills, that assist in helping academic or work-based performance and healthier and stronger relationships holistically. We focus on building the foundation through:
-
Self-identity
-
Self-awareness
-
Self-esteem
-
Self-efficacy

Our coaching specialties include ADHD and other hidden disabilities, parenting, and Executive Functioning skills as well as personal and relational development. A parenting coach comes alongside parents as he or she navigates the challenges and rewards of raising children.

Whatever your desire and needs, you can rest assured that when we partner together, you are joining with a person and a company who is skilled, experienced, compassionate, and supportive. No one should ever feel like they must journey alone, and you won’t have to do so either when working with Dynamic Learning Connection!
